Job Description
A company that owns and operates consumer marketplaces in the wellness and spiritual guidance industries is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive growth through strategic planning, execution, and optimization of the company's acquisition efforts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in user acquisition and growth marketing for online services
- Proven track record of successful growth campaigns in the online service industry
- Expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Retargeting, Affiliates, CRO
- Familiarity with analytic tools like Google Analytics, Think with Google, Google Trends, Semrush, and marketing automation software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with web development and basic coding is a plus
