Senior Software Engineer (AI & Fullstack)

The Senior Software Engineer (AI & Fullstack) role involves designing and integrating AI workflows into customer-facing products, optimizing LLM-powered features, and working fullstack to build scalable web application features. The role is hands-on and influential, and the ideal candidate will have experience building SaaS products, fullstack development skills, and hands-on experience with search technologies and AI systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2–3 years building SaaS products
• Fullstack development skills in Python, Node.js, and React (or similar modern frameworks)
• Hands-on experience with search technologies like OpenSearch or Elasticsearch
• AI assisted development mindset and experience leveraging tools like Claude, Codex, Co-pilot to accelerate research, requirements gathering, development, and testing
• Experience developing with AI systems - this could include LLM integrations, AI-powered search, vector databases, RAG pipelines, evaluations, or even an agent-driven hobbyist project
• System design experience, with a track record of building scalable, reliable, and secure architectures
• Collaborative mindset: you communicate clearly, value feedback, and enjoy working with product, design, and infrastructure partners
• Curiosity and problem-solving: you dig into complex systems, make them better, and balance pragmatism with long-term thinking
