Job Description
As a Sales Manager at MediaMarkt, you will work every day to achieve top results on the shop floor. You lead the sales team, motivate colleagues, and ensure that every customer is excellently served.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in retail, sales, or hospitality
- Commercially driven and result-oriented
- Motivate and inspire colleagues with your energy
- Work structured and maintain an overview, even when it's busy
- Think customer-oriented and spot commercial opportunities
- Flexible and available, including evenings and weekends
- Available 38 hours a week, with at least one evening and one day at the weekend
