Senior Financial Analyst

Medica is a nonprofit health plan with over a million members. We're a team that owns our work with accountability, makes data-driven decisions, and celebrates collaboration. We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support our Joint Venture partnership with SSM Health in Wisconsin.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of work experience in finance, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or managed care
• Experience with capitated and value-based care models
• Proven experience collecting and analyzing complex financial data
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to drive for results and accountability
• Strong communication and presentation skills
