Requirements

• Certificate of recognition of diplomas (including post-grade) from the Medical Professions Commission (MEBEKO) is indispensable, and post-grade title registration is mandatory
• Specialization in general internal medicine or equivalent and advanced training in hospital emergency medicine (AFC-SSMUS or DESC) is desirable
• Charismatic and positive personality with a leadership style that motivates the healthcare staff
• Excellent teamwork and multidisciplinary skills
• Dynamism, rapid adaptation, and flexibility
• Initiative, autonomy, and ability to resist stress
• Anticipation, efficiency, and high organization
• Sense of responsibility
