UIPath Engineer Lead

Role Overview

Design and implement agentic, AI-powered automation solutions that transform how Business Teams work. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and develop efficient automation workflows.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows and reusable components. Build end-to-end automations integrating RPA, APIs, and AI capabilities. Implement human-in-the-loop workflows for approvals and exception handling.

Why It Might Be a Fit

7+ years of experience in software development, RPA using UIPath Platform. Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript. Ability to independently drive scoped projects, manage risks, and deliver against deadlines.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development, RPA using UIPath Platform
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript
• Experience building and shipping integrations using APIs and working with cloud services or enterprise systems
• Comfort collaborating with Business teams with strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to independently drive scoped projects, manage risks, and deliver against deadlines
