Job Description
We're looking for a Medical Education Partnerships Lead to help establish and grow our medical education function. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, is fluent in both clinical and commercial language, and is excited to build something from the ground up.
Requirements
- 4-5+ years of life-sciences experience, life sciences, medical education, or healthcare strategy, with a track record of managing or selling into pharmaceutical/biotech clients.
- Deep understanding of CME/CE landscape and compliance frameworks (e.g., ACCME, PhRMA, OIG).
- Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Strong cross-functional project management and client relationship skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Bachelor's degree required
