We are looking for an energetic, experienced, and highly motivated professional Fitness Coach/Personal Trainer specializing in Pilates and functional fitness.
Requirements
- Maintain the highest standard of coaching as per company guidelines.
- Coach a minimum of three classes per day, with an expectation of four classes daily.
- Deliver both group fitness sessions and one-to-one personal training sessions.
- Provide quality service to existing and potential members/clients.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained training environment.
- Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and routines.
- Supervise and correct clients' exercise form to minimize injury and improve results.
- Offer modifications for different fitness levels and skills.
- Monitor clients' progress and adapt programs accordingly.
- Enforce safety rules and proper use of equipment.
