Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of front office experience, ideally with leadership or deputy functions
• Clear and effective interaction with guests, employees, and management
• High skills in shift planning, resource management, and process organization
• Ready for early, late, and weekend shifts; taking on additional tasks possible
• Proactive handling of challenges, focus on guest satisfaction
• Fluent German, good English skills; Spanish is an advantage
• Motivating personality with the ability to lead teams to best performance
• Safe handling of OPERA and MS Office
