We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Guest Concierge to join our team at Club by Meliá, Paradisus Gran Canaria. As a Guest Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for inviting them to know our product Circle in the sales room, acting as the key link in the commercial process.
Requirements
- 1. Provide personalized, warm, and resolutive attention to guests during their stay, becoming their point of contact within the hotel.
- 2. Use each service interaction as an opportunity to generate conversation, create interest, and trust with the guest, with the objective of achieving a natural and effective invitation to the sales room, without direct commercial pressure.
- 3. Proactively invite guests with the appropriate profile to the sales room, highlighting the possible benefits they could obtain according to their profile and preferences.
- 4. Communicate the relevant information obtained during the contact with the guest (profile, interests, type of traveler, perceived objections) to the Sales Advisor, to facilitate a personalized sales start.
- 5. Carry out an effective presentation between the guest and the Sales Advisor, ensuring a smooth and professional transition.
- 6. Collaborate with the commercial team to coordinate the entry of guests to the sales room and ensure efficient attention.
- 7. Register accurately the invitations and results of each one in the established management tools, ensuring traceability and consistency of the process.
- 8. Participate actively in training, team meetings, and feedback spaces to improve interpersonal and commercial skills.
- 9. Contribute to the fulfillment of individual and team commercial objectives, understanding that quality service is the basis for generating real sales opportunities.
