Requirements
- Receive, accommodate, and bid farewell to clients, maintaining an impeccable appearance and complying with service standards.
- Manage reservations and table assignments, balancing workloads between shifts and ensuring operational fluidity.
- Keep the reception area organized, with menus, lists, and work materials in perfect condition.
- Participate in briefings and communicate relevant information to the team (VIPs, events, occupancy, comments).
- Make personalized recommendations promoting upselling and improving customer experience.
- Record operational data (tables, sectors, sales by server) and communicate incidents or needs to the responsible person
