Director, Philanthropy

The Director, Philanthropy represents the Memorial Hermann Foundation across the organization and in the community, executing major gifts fundraising programs to achieve annual fundraising goals. The individual must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills, ability to think strategically, and build and sustain relationships with donors, staff, partners and physicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Five (5) years of professional experience with a minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in major gift fundraising
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
• Ability to think strategically
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with donors, staff, partners and physicians
