Come build hope with us! MHP is hiring two full-time Learning & Development Specialists to provide training, group facilitation, and coaching to external service providers and MHP staff. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience in training and adult education.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Services, Education, or related field and three years of related experience
- 3+/10+ years' experience as a classroom trainer/organizational facilitator/instructional designer
- Experience developing and facilitating trainings in an adult learning setting
- Experience facilitating training virtually in a remote environment
- Comprehensive understanding of the Behavioral Health system in Pennsylvania
- Certification as a Certified Peer Specialist and WRAP Facilitator in Pennsylvania are pluses but not a requirement
