Mental Health Partnerships is a nonprofit organization that delivers community-based mental health services through mobile peer teams and outreach programs. They provide peer support, outreach to individuals experiencing homelessness, and resource placement at shelters, cafes, and safe havens, while maintaining electronic health records and supporting staff development.

HS diploma or GED req. Certified as a Peer Specialist and eligible for certification. 12+ months of paid/volunteering exp. Valid driver's license and basic computer skills required
Residential Advisor (Part Time)
HS diploma/GED required, 1-2 yrs experience, relevant certification (preferred). Must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transport
Certified Peer Specialist (Full Time) - PeerNet - Philadelphia
High school diploma/GED is required. Requires a PA Certification Board credential and 12+ months of paid/volunteer experience. Basic computer skills and strong communication skills are also necessary
Outreach Specialist (On-Call), Delco PATH
High school diploma/GED preferred. 2+ years of experience with homelessness/mental health. Certifed Peer Specialist is a plus. Basic computer skills are required
Certified Peer Specialist Trainee (Full Time)
High school diploma or GED required. Certification as a Certified Peer Specialist is necessary. 1 year of behavioral health experience is preferred
Outreach Specialist (On-Call)
HS Diploma/GED required. 2+ yrs experience with individuals experiencing homelessness or mental health. Credentialed as a Peer Specialist (plus) is desired
Recovery Learning Specialist (Full Time)
HS diploma/GED required. 2 years related experience and credentialed Peer Specialist certification is a plus. Driver's license and basic computer skills are essential
Case Manager Trainee (Full Time)
HS diploma + social science credits, bachelor's degree preferred, 2+ yrs experience in behavioral health preferred, BHTEN cert or ability to obtain it within 1 year, valid driver's license and valid state registration, & ability to learn computer skills
Recovery Learning Specialist
High school diploma or GED required. 2+ years of related work experience is needed. Credentials as a Certified Peer Specialist or ability to become certified within 6 months are also required
