Utilities/Facilities Site Leader (R&D Site)

As a Utilities/Facilities Site Leader, you will be responsible for managing plant utilities/facilities operations, providing technical support and advice, and managing technical issues/problems. You will also be responsible for determining schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, monitoring work areas, and counseling employees about work-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or related fields
• At least 10 years of experience managing plant utilities/facilities operations
• At least 8 years of experience as Utilities/Facilities Maintenance with full responsibility for business operations
• Strong operational experience and experience of dealing in a challenging environment
• Knowledge and experience on pharmaceutical, medical device or biotechnology manufacturing
