Utilities Supervisor (GMP)

Mentor Technical Group is seeking a Utilities Supervisor (GMP) to oversee technical support and solutions for the FDA-regulated industry. The successful candidate will mentor technical groups, perform tasks with minimum supervision, and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device safety and efficacy guidelines.

Requirements

• Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities
• Monitor work areas and examine tools and equipment
• Monitor employees' work levels and review work performance
• Counsel employees about work-related issues and assist employees to correct job-skill deficiencies
• Requisition materials and supplies
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders
• Conduct or arrange for workers training in safety, repair, and maintenance techniques
• Ensure recordkeeping of documentation of client’s utilities equipment operations parameters
• Provide technical support and advice to assure operational activities are performed in compliance with corporate/government policies and regulations
• Exhibit a customer-oriented behavior and communicate with clients effectively
• Manage technical issues/problems appropriately and efficiently
• Guarantee top quality of services provided to client by reviewing work performed and monitoring project status vs. client requirements
• Issue Performance Review Report to employees under his/her supervision
• Create/develop customer relations and new business opportunities
• Promote excellent relationship with Mentor clients
• Alerts management when problems are identified and make recommendations for improvements
• Complies with MENTOR’s administrative requirements timely and consistently
