We are seeking an AD Experience Function Owner to design and develop the best user experience system of Automated Driving and Parking functions for Mercedes-Benz in China.
Requirements
- Master's degree in engineering (Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or appropriate graduation)
- Very good knowledge in the ADAS driving and parking domain, preferably 3 years work experience in the ADAS driving or parking business with an OEM or internet company being responsible for ADAS components
- Experience as a software developer, preferably in the field of ADAS or Infotainment development is a plus
- Very good knowledge in project management, preferred experience in leading complex software development projects with multiple stakeholders
- Relevant Linux/Android knowledge and experience
- Experience working in an Agile development environment, Agile/Scrum methodology, experience as scrum master or product owner is plus
- Experience with Git, Jira, and Confluence
- Software development quality methodologies such as design review, code reviews, continuous integration, regression testing and static code analysis
- Fundamental knowledge in terms of methodologies in project management, e.g. project plan, risk analyze, and so on
- Self-responsibility, team player and good communication skills
- Fluency in Chinese & English
