Senior Project Coordinator

The Senior Project Coordinator will work under the supervision of Programs and Grants Manager for Afghanistan, ensuring the delivery of high-quality livelihood interventions in Afghanistan. The role will involve supervising implementation teams, managing relationships with partners, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners and key stakeholders.
• Supervise and monitor the implementation of program activities, ensuring compliance with grant requirements.
• Develop the capacity of the team, deepen understanding of their roles and assist with career development.
• Represent Mercy Corps as delegated.
• Ensure compliance with security procedures and policies as determined by country leadership.
