Job Description
Seeking a Treasurer to join a global leader in real estate investment, management, and development. The VP, Treasury will help shape the business in a market for growth and position it for success as an industry leader.
Requirements
- Experience in researching, analyzing, and implementing treasury policies at a global level
- Solid oral/written communication and presentation skills
- High-level analytical skills and a commercial approach to resolving issues and providing advice
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with senior stakeholders globally
- Transaction structuring and due diligence experience
- Strong working knowledge of global treasury and accounting areas, including VAT and direct treasury
- Excellent people leadership is essential in this role both with the direct team and the ability to influence others in the organization
- Collaborative, customer facing attitude
