Job Description
The Senior Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and performance results of a portfolio of multifamily communities, leading a small team, and ensuring consistent execution of company standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of multifamily property management experience
- Strong leadership and team development experience in a multifamily environment
- Proven financial acumen, including budget creation and variance analysis
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and multifamily regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, RealPage, CRM) and Microsoft Office
