Job Description
MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries is seeking a Case Manager to join their SCSEP - GII - MO team, supporting individuals who are 55+, currently unemployed, and have multiple barriers to finding work and sustaining employment. The ideal candidate will embody the organization's core values and provide case management and job development services through a job training program.
Requirements
- High school/HISET and work experience
- Bachelor's degree with direct experience working in the field of Social Services preferred
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license and car insurance
- Primary duties/responsibilities include conducting intake interviews, establishing eligibility, developing/maintaining individual plans, meeting performance outcomes, and maintaining knowledge of community resources
