Job Description
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Supply Chain and Production, the Lean Manufacturing Engineer will utilize expertise in product design, materials, tooling, and process development to optimize manufacturing processes and drive lean initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably involving sheet metal fabrication and assembly
- Strong proficiency in manufacturing processes and methodologies
- Lean principles and process optimization
- Autodesk Inventor software and CNC programming (turret punch presses and fiber optic laser)
- Microsoft Office Suite
