Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of basic shop math and measurement principles
• Familiarity with CNC programming and fiber laser systems
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Physically able to lift top 50 lbs. and stand for extended period of times
