The Business Marketing Group is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager, AI Technologies to transform marketing operations from a manual, human-based paradigm to an AI-native architecture. The role involves deconstructing complex legacy workflows and designing an operational blueprint for an AI workforce.
Requirements
- Deconstruct and map existing complex legacy marketing workflows
- Design streamlined, AI-native replacements for legacy workflows
- Manage the transition timeline from manual execution to an agentic workflow
- Establish baselines and a measurement framework to document current state metrics
- Partner closely with engineering, data science, and marketing teams
