Business Assistant

Metaprise is seeking an experienced Business Assistant in China to enhance efficiency, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and support the executive team in expanding the company’s impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or business assistant, preferably in a global technology, software, or internet company.
• Proficiency in Gmail and Google Calendar, with experience managing multiple executives’ schedules across time zones.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively collaborate with executives and their assistants.
• Experience arranging travel, booking hotels, and organizing team events, including vendor coordination and budget management.
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to work flexibly across time zones to support collaboration between China and U.S. teams.
