Strategic Project Manager I

Role Overview

Manage defined Strategic projects or phase(s) in support of MLH's strategic priorities. This high impact role is for a change agent who models appropriate behavior as exemplified in MLH Mission, Vision and Values, thrives in complexity, inspires collaboration, and translates bold initiatives into measurable outcomes.

What You Will Do

Serve as project manager on mid-size, moderate to complex projects or multiple projects of moderate complexity. Organize and lead multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure defined project requirements, scope, and deliverables are met within established timeframes and budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Allied Health
• Bachelor's Degree Business Administration/Management
• Bachelor's Degree Engineering
• Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration
• Bachelor's Degree Nursing
• Minimum of one (1) year work experience in healthcare strategy and operations, project management, or consulting in healthcare or a related field
• Six Sigma Green Belt - Authorized Six Sigma Certification Issuer
