We are looking for a Web Analyst to help us measure, model, and optimize marketing performance across channels.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain marketing measurement frameworks (attribution, incrementality testing, LTV modeling, cohort analysis)
- Design and implement data models (SQL, Dataform) that support performance analysis across marketing channels and user journeys
- Build and evaluate attribution models, including rule-based and algorithmic (e.g., Markov chain, Shapley) approaches
- Analyze the effectiveness and ROI of paid, owned, and earned media, identifying opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with channel managers to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for budget allocation and campaign optimization
- Develop and automate dashboards and reports (e.g., Looker Studio) to visualize marketing KPIs
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across multiple sources (GA4, GTM, BigQuery, ClickHouse)
