Civil Construction Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Foreman to lead field crews in the delivery of civil infrastructure projects within the telecommunications industry. The role requires a strong background in telecom-related civil works, including concrete forming and finishing, heavy equipment operation, and general framing. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a civil construction foreman or supervisory role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
• Demonstrated experience with: Underground conduit installation (fiber/utility), Concrete forms, Pouring, and finishing, Operation of heavy machinery, Framing and basic structural work.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting site plans and construction documents.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of OH&S requirements and safe work procedures.
