Job Description
The jobholder provides training solutions and other initiatives for the development and growth of employees of the Collections department, designing and reviewing training modules and motivational programs to achieve the department’s goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Business, Psychology or Human Resources
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of MS Publisher is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply but experience in Collections or training and development is an advantage
