DELIVERY MANAGER

The Delivery Manager is responsible for technical delivery and dependency management through close collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. The role performs SCRUM Master duties and responsibilities, develops project plans, and manages technical projects using project management methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Excellent communications skills (Oral/Written)
• At least 5 years of experience as a full-time project manager in a financial services, banking or insurance industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing medium to large scale or complex IT projects in the banking or financial sector
• Experience in leading and managing cross-functional project teams
• Strong understanding of IT systems, technologies, and methodologies relevant to banking and financial services
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and project management tools
• Versed with different project management frameworks (e.g. Waterfall, Agile/Scrum) and preferably certified (PMP, SCRUM, PRINCE2)
• Proficiency in change management processes
• Ability to anticipate and address resistance to change among stakeholders and end-users
• Proficient in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Ability to identify and mitigate project risks related to security, compliance, and data privacy
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• A self-starter who takes initiative, can work without supervision and begin projects independently
• A fast learner that can come up with several solutions to solve a problem
