Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Science Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Material Handling - Material Handler
High school diploma or GED equivalent, 1-2 years of previous general construction or material handling experience
Engineering Intern
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field, with basic understanding of structural engineering principles and concepts

Gain hands-on experience in precast concrete manufacturing and structural design and analysis, with opportunities to work closely with plant experts and experienced engineers
Wet Finisher
High school diploma or GED equivalent, 1-2 years of previous general construction experience, experience with concrete finishing, bull floats, and trowel machines

Gain exposure to plant operations, adhere to safety rules, and adapt to changes
