2 years drafting experience, Associate degree in Design, Architecture, or related field, CAD coursework required
Material Handling - Material Handler
High school diploma or GED equivalent, 1-2 years of previous general construction or material handling experience, basic reading, writing, and math skills
Intern
Gain hands-on experience in precast concrete manufacturing and structural design and analysis, with opportunities to work closely with plant experts and experienced engineers
Estimator
The successful candidate will have an Associate degree in Drafting, Construction Estimating or related technical field and 0-3 years of estimating experience
Setup & Pour - Bed Utility
High school diploma or GED equivalent, 0-1 years of previous general construction experience, ability to work on a team, and strong work ethic
Material Handling - Material Handler
High school diploma or GED equivalent, 1-2 years of previous general construction or material handling experience
Plant Manufacturing Intern
Gain exposure to plant operations, adhere to safety rules, and adapt to changes
Wet Finisher
High school diploma or GED equivalent, 1-2 years of previous general construction experience, experience with concrete finishing, bull floats, and trowel machines
Intern
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Science Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
