Payroll & Benefits Analyst

The Payroll & Benefits Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of payroll and employee benefits, serving as the operational backbone for processing and management of our programs, and ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a high-quality employee experience.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration
• Experience with biweekly payroll processing
• Strong knowledge of benefits administration and leave management
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems (Workday and ADP preferred)
• High attention to detail and confidentiality
• Strong customer service and communication skills
