On-Call Clinical Program Supervisor (MCR)

Metropolitan Family Services empowers families to learn, to earn, to heal, to thrive. We are currently looking to fill a On-Call Clinical Program Supervisor role for our Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) team at our Merrionette Park office.

Requirements

• Supervises and coordinates all aspects of the programs
• Responsible for maintaining quality and quantity of services
• Performs comprehensive, in-depth assessments for a variety of clinical services
• Provides a full range of case management, counseling, advocacy, educational, and related services to participants
• Responsible for all personnel matters within program
• Participates in developing program's annual and long range plan
• Recommends program budget to Management
• Works collaboratively with community agencies, organizations, and institutions
• Works effectively with diverse staff and service population
