Job Description
We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager I to lead DevSecOps, Cloud, and Cyber projects within our National Security business unit. The successful candidate will have a deep passion for leading complex federal projects and experience with Agile project management tools.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI poly
- Experience supporting the Intelligence Community
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as GitLab, Jira, and Confluence
- 7 years of experience managing complex federal projects involving cloud, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, IT modernization, or software development
- Ability to identify and mitigate project risks
- Proven expertise collaborating with customer PMs, leads, partners, and stakeholders
- Strong skills developing integrated project work breakdown structures (WBS), milestones, and schedules with strong ability to identify and characterize project dependencies
- Strong written and oral communication skills including briefing senior/executive stakeholders on project status, accomplishments, schedule, issues and risks
- Understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum, to include experience as a Scrum Master
