Requirements
- Act as a trusted IT consultant and point of contact for all Loyalty-related topics across multiple projects and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with IT and business colleagues to clarify technical topics, acting as translator between business needs and IT capabilities
- Manage, coach, and develop your product team colleagues, considering resources, capabilities, projects, prioritization and external partners
- Serve as a strategic and technological partner for stakeholders across business and IT
