Adaptfy is looking for a Strategy and Execution Principal with 8-11 years of consulting experience to join their team in Amsterdam. The ideal candidate will have strong business relationships with C-level stakeholders, lead teams, and develop business solutions via data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with C-level stakeholders
• Lead and develop teams to create new business solutions via data-driven insights
• Identify and seize opportunities at clients and at Adaptfy
• Manage client interactions and build and maintain client relationships
• Apply knowledge of business and organisational principles to develop pragmatic strategies
• Provide end-to-end project management to meet client expectations
• Oversee the formulation of strategic data-enabled hypotheses and advanced data analyses
• Play a critical role in the personal development and growth of team members
• Participate in internal initiatives, company wide capability and content development
