Concierge - Mandalay Bay

As a Concierge at Mandalay Bay, you will create unique experiences for our guests by curating personalized moments and taking ownership of each guest's journey.

Requirements

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience working in a similar resort setting
• Participation in industry associations including the Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association and Les Clefs d'Or USA
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years of age or older
