Civil Associate, Transportation

Michael Baker International is seeking a highly motivated Civil Associate to join their transportation team in Fairbanks or Anchorage, AK. This entry-level position involves assisting with civil design projects, data review, site visits, and technical reporting. The role offers exposure to a variety of civil design projects and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with coursework relevant to transportation
• Successful completion of Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Fundamentals of Engineering exam
• Familiarity with AutoCAD/Civil 3D or other civil design software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Self-initiative and a desire to learn
• Strong degree of self-initiative and desire to learn
