Rail Construction Manager

Michael Baker International is seeking a Rail Construction Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of railway, tunnel, and/or bridge construction projects in the Chicago area. This role involves ensuring project quality, cost, schedule, and safety, collaborating with CMs, and providing technical expertise to clients. Requirements

• Develop and maintain project-specific Project Management Plans
• Conduct safety meetings and training programs
• Coordinate audits of quality management processes
• Provide inspection, field engineering, technical advisement
• Review project proposals and scope of work
• Coordinate with government regulatory agencies
• Manage various levels and numbers of staff
• Manage client relations
• Coordinate project with regulatory agencies
