Event Coordinator responsible for planning, coordinating, and facilitating events, including kids birthday parties, to provide a stress-free, fun, and engaging experience for guests. Deliver friendly customer service, complete operational tasks, and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Plan and coordinate multiple events at once
• Engage with clients of all ages
• Demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects
• Communicate events with clients and store team members
• Complete administrative tasks
• Adjust plans and events based on client's feedback and needs
• Uphold the company's cleanliness and safety standards
• Provide fast and friendly check out experience
• Engage customers on benefits of Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
• Participate in truck un-load, stocking and planogram (POGs) processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs
