Part-time event coordinator responsible for planning, coordinating, and facilitating events, including kids' birthday parties, at Michaels store. Provides excellent customer service, completes operational tasks, and ensures customer satisfaction.

• Engage with clients of all ages
• Demonstrate and instruct party participants
• Communicate events with clients and store team members
• Complete administrative tasks
• Adjust plans and events based on client's feedback and needs
• Uphold the company's cleanliness and safety standards
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Participate in truck un-load, stocking and planogram processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
• Support shrink and safety programs
