Requirements

• Collaborate with Site Manufacturing and Engineering teams
• Analyze process flows, product movement, equipment layouts, and operator assignments
• Organize brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams
• Evaluate proposals based on ROI, quality, and safety/ergonomics impact
• Present improvement ideas to management for approval
• Design automation solutions through benchmarking and vendor collaboration
• Research and apply best practices in industrial automation
• Select suppliers using decision-making analysis tools
• Plan and manage projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines
• Lead implementation of automation solutions through production release
• Serve as the primary interface with automation vendors
• Maintain collaboration with process and equipment owners
• Conduct regular meetings with cross-functional teams
• Direct and coordinate engineering activities related to development, procurement, installation, and calibration of instruments, equipment, and control devices
• Define test conditions and oversee operational, functional, and performance phases
• Analyze and interpret test data and prepare technical reports for engineering teams
