Job Description
Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions. As a Plasma Etch Process Development Engineer, you will design and optimize plasma etch processes for Micron's leading-edge DRAM products. The role is critical to the success of Micron's products and may occasionally require travel to Micron manufacturing sites.
Requirements
- Conduct plasma etch process characterization, optimization, design, troubleshooting, process transfer, and fundamental research
- Work in cross-functional teams to develop device structures
