Dry Mechanical Engineer

Micron Technology is seeking a Dry Mechanical Engineer to lead the development of dry mechanical systems for high-tech semiconductor manufacturing projects. The successful candidate will manage external design firms, ensuring that wet mechanical systems meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in dry mechanical engineering, including 2 years coordinating third-party designs for clean room HVAC systems
• Extensive expertise in Dry mechanical system development, encompassing Clean Room HVAC systems for semiconductor manufacturing in industrial or high-tech settings
• Knowledge of industry norms and guidelines, including AHRI, SMACNA, IMC, and ASHRAE standards
• Proficiency in reviewing engineering work, including P&IDs, 3D models, and specifications, using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or Navisworks
