Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong critical-thinking skills, with the ability to analyze constraints, evaluate trade‐offs, and support data‐driven decision‐making in layout planning.
• Highly motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‐paced, dynamic, and rapidly changing environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to drive actions and alignment with cross‐functional stakeholders.
• Physically able to work inside a cleanroom environment, including wearing full cleanroom attire (smock, hood, gloves, boots) and performing on‐site checks such as layout validations and equipment‐area walkthroughs.
• Basic knowledge of coding/programming is an advantage.
• Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron
