Facilities Engineer

We are seeking a Facilities Engineer to join our team at Micron Technology in Tainan City, Taiwan. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a similar area and at least 3 years of experience in facility management or a comparable position. The role involves ensuring the smooth functioning and upkeep of facility systems, planning and coordinating construction and maintenance projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to determine facility requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a similar area
• Minimum 3 years' experience in facility management or a comparable position
• Solid understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
• Strong project management expertise
• Demonstrated history of effectively carrying out facility upgrades and improvements
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to consistently follow safety protocols and procedures
• Proficiency with facility management software and tools
