As the Facilities Tool Install Engineer, you will be responsible for supervising and implementing site plans, designing facilities utilities, and coordinating with contractors to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements are met.
Requirements
- Adhere to company's environmental safety health policy and procedure
- Ensure implementation of systems and procedures required to attain department goals and objectives
- Handle resources to achieve desired goals and objectives
- Plan and implement equipment hookup for new, conversion, unhooking, and relocation tools
- Plan, track, and update utilities database to support manufacturing production tools
- Review and approve equipment hookup drawing
- Lead all tool install contractors site work activities to comply EHS related regulations
- Manage hookup project schedule and manpower assignment
- Perform utilities and cleanroom system fixing, conduct compressive root-cause analysis, and implement effective CA/PA
- Lead and develop for continual improvement of documentation in Standard Operating Procedure, Risk Assessment, and Installation procedure
- Control costs associated with your area minimizing regular expenditures and promote cost reduction projects
- Ensure all materials and manpower ordered are needed and used to complete activities
- Coordinate MOR/Funding cycle/CCM new tool scenario study based on tool location and technical specification
- Drive continual quality improvement, reliability improvement, and cost reduction programs for tool-install activities
