Industrial Engineer

Join Micron as an Industrial Engineer to leverage advanced analytics and AI tools to perform capacity analysis, propose strategies, and execute plans to support volume forecasts. Collaborate with Central Planning, Factory Network, and Supply Chain teams to develop scenarios and pursue strategic opportunities for the site.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Computer engineering or related fields
• At least 2 years of leadership skills
• Advance verbal fluency and effective written communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in M365 Apps such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint
• Highly motivated to work in a dynamic environment
• Ability to multi-task and organize work systematically
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
• Prior programming work (inclusive of vibe coding using free Gen AI tools)
• Hands-on experience in AI (Chatbot, Agentic AI, Automation, etc) tools
• Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
• Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred
