Requirements
- Establishing and improving process condition and technology
- Upgrading process capability and reducing production cost
- Establishing and modifying process management projects
- Setting up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment
- Evaluating, promoting, and planning new equipment and materials
- Abnormal analysis and improvement
