Process Development Engineer, Advanced DRAM CMP

Micron Technology is seeking a Process Development Engineer to develop and improve CMP processes for high-quality, reliable semiconductor technologies. The role involves collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to improve yield, cost, and product performance.

Requirements

• Develop, start up, optimize, and sustain CMP processes
• Identify and resolve assembly and manufacturing issues using failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, SPC, and FDC methodologies
• Qualify and deploy new process baselines, tools, and materials for new product introduction and site-to-site portability
• Evaluate and optimize processes, equipment, and materials, and manage supplier quality and performance
